Our Mission is to provide a positive impact for student-athletes that encourages hard work and dedication towards their goals resulting in consistent improvement and confidence.

We focus on Athletic Training and Sports Performance for males & females ages 8-22 to help maximize their potential of becoming better athletes and healthier people. 


We train all levels of athletes from those that want to keep active and maintain good health to more serious student-athletes that desire getting to the next level.


Led by our certified fitness and nutrition coaches, we focus on building foundational to advanced programs that promote confidence and optimal performance in ANY sport. 


We train athletes in many different sports including baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, football, hockey, wrestling, lacrosse, track & field, swimming, volleyball, golf, martial arts, and more...


Private, Semi-Private, and Group sessions are available in addition to individualized fitness programs and nutritional consulting. 


Our athletes use a wide variety of fitness equipment and instructed movements as they learn proper techniques to maximize their overall benefits and prevent injuries.

Strength and Conditioning Coach (Part-Time)
Estimated 20-25 hours per week
Hanover, MA

Job Description

The PEAK Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for establishing and maintaining various strength, speed, and conditioning programming that can apply to all student-athletes and all sports, with the three major goals of reducing injuries, improving athletic performance, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.


Under the guidance of PEAK's head strength and conditioning coach, this person will assist in devising training plans according to proven principles, supervises training sessions, evaluates athletes, and teaches sessions based on a weekly/monthly schedule. The PEAK Strength and Conditioning Coach regularly evaluates the needs of student-athletes to determine what the athletes spend time on providing them the most value. The PEAK Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for maintaining professional, clean, and safe working condition of the PEAK training facility.

Physical Requirements

After proper training and supervision, must be able to operate various training equipment. Ability to demonstrate the appropriate skills and techniques used by the athletes. Ability to visually monitor athletes. Sitting, standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, and moving equipment.
