Private, Semi-Private, and Group sessions are available in addition to individualized fitness programs and nutritional consulting.
Our athletes use a wide variety of fitness equipment and movements as they learn proper techniques to maximize their overall benefits and prevent injuries.

Strength and Conditioning Coach (Part-Time)
Job Description
The Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for establishing and maintaining various strength and conditioning programming that apply for all student-athletes and all sports, with the three major goals of reducing injuries, improving athletic performance, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.
The Strength and Conditioning Coach devises training and recovery plans according to proven principles, supervises training sessions, evaluates athletes, maintains athlete records where needed, and teaches strength and conditioning sessions based on a schedule. The Strength and Conditioning Coach regularly evaluates the needs of student-athletes to determine what the athletes spend time on providing them the most value. If working with an injured athlete in current or post rehabilitation, the Strength and Conditioning Coach may consult with a sports medicine staff, physical therapist, or athletic trainer. The Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for maintaining the PEAK strength and conditioning facility, and for establishing policies, plans, and procedures for the safe and professional operation of the facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs in-season, off-season, and pre-season for all school-sanctioned male and female athletic programs in a manner that reflects proven practices.
2. Work in cooperation with student-athletes in the rehabilitation and strengthening of injuries.
3. Facilitate an encouraging and collaborative relationship among sport coaches, program directors, student-athletes and parents, and the existing PEAK strength and conditioning coaching staff.
4. Develop systems for tracking athlete attendance and athlete progress over time.
5. Conduct an analysis for each sport team in conjunction with the sport coaches to ensure team and individual goals are met/exceeded.
6. Ability to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend mornings
Qualifications
1. A current relevant professional certification credentialed by an independent accreditation agency—for example; NSCA, ISSA, NASM, ACE certification.
2. Current standard first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certifications.
3. Past college-athlete or recent college student studying in a related field is a plus.
4. A strong working knowledge and teaching skills in analysis and techniques of training i.e. strength, speed, agility.
5. Experience and/or expertise in strength and conditioning programming for middle school/high school populations.
6. A strong passion for fitness and overall wellness.
7. Strong motivational abilities and someone that practices what they preach.
8. Ability to interact positively with student athletes, colleagues, and the public.
9. Strong organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Must know how to operate various training equipment. Ability to demonstrate the appropriate skills and techniques used by the athletes. Ability to visually monitor athletes. Sitting, standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, and moving equipment.
