The PEAK Speed & Agility programs are designed for athletes, pushing them to higher levels, aiming to maximize the benefits of proper warm-up, high intensity training, and recovery techniques while tracking their results over time, building personalized plans, and translating learned movements to their specific sports.
The focused PEAK Speed programming provides athletes in any sport the knowledge and techniques needed to improve their overall speed performance with learned techniques in strength, power, explosiveness, quickness, change of direction, reaction time, and overall sprint and acceleration training repetition.
The focused PEAK Agility programming includes plyometric movements such as jump variations, footwork drills, and balance/coordination drills. To get more technical, we can use our technology to also measure measure jump height, ground contact time (GCT), and reactive strength index (RSI). These are solid indicators of athlete speed performance.
