Intro to Strength & Conditioning

Age Group ( 8-11 )

Entry-level program designed to introduce a variety of fundamental fitness movements for all boys and girls. The program aims to maximize the younger athlete's potential while teaching proper technique and safety. We help build the foundation that promotes confidence and improved performance in any sport. Our younger athletes will use a wide variety of fitness equipment and follow instructed movements as they gain valuable knowledge through the program.

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Age Group ( 11-14 )

Intermediate program with guided strength training movements and techniques performed by our athletes including functional training, body weight, and resistance/weight training designed to improve performance for all athletes. Tracking is performed over time to measure strength gains.

High School/College Strength & Conditioning

Age Group ( 15-22 )

Advanced program designed for older student-athletes with the desire to push to higher levels, maximizing their program benefits and potential, tracking results, building personal workout and nutrition plans, and translating movements to their specific sports. Various age-appropriate, advanced strength training is performed by our athletes including functional training, body weight and resistance weight training designed to improve performance in all athletes.

Youth Speed & Agility + Conditioning

Age Group ( 8-12 )

This program provides athletes in any sport the knowledge and fundamentals needed to improve their overall speed, explosiveness, quickness, and agility including short bursts, plyometrics, quick movements, jump variations, footwork drills, and balance/coordination drills. 


Advanced Speed & Agility + Conditioning

Age Group ( 13-22 )

This program is designed for more advanced athletes pushing them to higher levels, maximizing their program benefits and potential, tracking results, building personal workout plans, and translating movements to their specific sports.  The program provides key tools for more advanced athletes equipping them with the knowledge and fundamentals needed to improve their overall speed, explosiveness, quickness, and agility including short bursts, plyometrics, quick movements, jump variations, footwork drills, and balance/coordination drills. 

Injury Prevention

9-22 years old

PEAK programs focus on injury prevention as a top priority.



Body Recovery

13-22 years old

Body Recovery methods designed for all athletes with many age-appropriate options available. We stress the importance of proper recovery to prevent injury and prime the body to consistently perform at its best.

Nutrition Planning
12-22 years old
 

Programs that augment sports-specific skills training have never been more important and should be prioritized as part of the overall health and lifelong habit building of student-athletes.
